Timetable for consideration of the Supplementary Legislative
Consent Memorandum for the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform
Bill
1. On 9 October 2012, the Business Committee agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 29.4, to refer the Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum for the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill relating to powers to include sunset and review provisions in subordinate legislation to the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee, to consider and report on the relevant provisions.
2. In accordance with Standing Order 29.5, the Business Committee agreed that the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee should report to the Assembly by 15 November 2012.
